Ok, here's an idea to take it one step fu...Yum! Ok, here's an idea to take it one step further next time....if you put the cheese in little mounds (apart from each other), then they will melt down into flat rounds. Quickly, when they come out of the oven, lift the rounds with a spatula and drape them over a wooden rolling pin, where they will cool in a curve. Serve any kind of appie-type antipasto in the parmesan curl!!
