June 18th is the date ladies and gentlemen.
As stated before, Heidi will be moving, so I get to host this one solo. BUT i will still be doing 2 giveaways!!! Hopefully this is a good date for everyone.
If you are new to the FNSI - here is how it works.
1. Enter your blog info below. **If you don't have a blog - you can enter the Flickr group link as your URL.
2. Make a post on your blog - letting all your readers know about the sew-in. Spread the word.. we could all use the virtual sewing support and encouragement.
3. On Friday – 6/18/10 - Get your house settled, put on your comfy jammies.. maybe make a cup of tea.. and sit down to work on some of those projects (or anything else that you want to work on.. maybe you want to knit.. or catch up on scrapbooking).
4. Then, sometime on Saturday - Make a post about what you worked on.. show us a picture or two on Flickr. And finally - on Sunday 6/20, i will enter all participants into a GIVEAWAY for something fun! Maybe some fabric.. or a sewing gadget or two.

I just learned how the word "flimsy" relates to quilting. I am working on (how do you make "flimsy" plural?) to machine quilt that night!

Really enjoyed doing this last month. It got me out of a sewing lull and onto a nice stretch of sewing. I'll be there again this months.
Not sure how much time I'll have to sew on that particular Friday but on the other hand, I'll probably have at least one project which will need finishing by the following day...

Yeah--I can't wait! I have missed a couple of months; but I am back for June! School is almost finished for this year--yeah quilt time this summer!

This is my first Friday Night Sew In but what a cool idea! I got my house cleaned up and organized this weekend so I'm ready to roll :) and I got some new fabric for my birthday yesterday.

I saw lots of people commenting after the last sew-in and it would be lovely to join in this time! And plenty of time to be organised enough!
I'm tentatively planning to participate this month, but there's a slim chance we'll be out of town that weekend. Hopefully that will be postponed a week and I can play that Friday night!

O.k. I sure hope I´m gonna make it this time. Last month it was on my birthday and my hubbi had a little surprise dinner.
Another first-timer here and I am looking forward to this. With gardening and painting the outside of our house, it would be so nice to spend a few hours sitting and sewing. (and getting one or two of the many outstanding projects done)

i'm gonna try to be more motivated this time - last month i just wanted to go to bed (and since that wasn't on my to do list, i stayed up and pestered Melissa - which is ALWAYS on my to do list - bwah ha ha!)
Sods law; a bathroom organiser fell on my hand while I was trying to rig up a shower hose for impending visitors. My hand is useless and my first FNS-I is ruined. I could cry....
Back again - need to get some more gifts finished for July Birthday month - I'll be annoying the neighbours and sewing til late.
(hope there are no jobs to be done for work this Friday night!)

This is my first FNSI can't wait. I am working on something for me. My sewing for others is being put aside and I am playing with fabric just for me, unless I sew diaper covers...
Missed last month as I was away, but definitely have big plans for this Friday!

So glad I found this! I am going to work on mine tomorrow night, however. (Thursday). We will be attending a wedding friday evening but I will just pretend its Friday..will post my finished project on Saturday..this is a great motivator!

I'm in! I'm not sure what I'll work on, whether it'll be finishing cutting out pieces for the log cabin baby quilt I'm on, sewing that quilt, quilting the Quilts for Kids quilt I should finish but really don't want to, or hand quilt the queen-sized quilt for my husband's and my bed, or just organize my fabric for when the movers get here...but it'll be one of those!
Count me in... and THIS time I promise to actually DO something. Last three times something came up so I didn't get to sew.. BooHoo... but this time I am going to finish some of my projects AND remember to post about them Saturday morning.
You know, I think I'm gonna do this. I NEED to do this!

Man I hope I am not too late! I thought for sure I signed up, but I couldn't find my entry!
Oops, almost forgot to sign up! I do keep the "button" on my blog and I sewed Sawtooth Stars for a Star/Cat swap last night.
I hope I get to participate this Friday. My daughter, who is expecting her third boy, is coming to see me and we are going to be sewing on baby bedding. However, it will probably Saturday that we do this...all day and on Sunday!!!!! This Friday night sew in is going to be fun.
I don't know if I added myself to the right FNSI list, but I'll be participating in the July one...
